Our student ID card also serves as a rechargeable
EasyCard
. If you lose your EasyCard student ID (including holders of
ISIC
), please follow the steps below to
report the loss
and
apply for a replacement
to protect the remaining balance on the card.
Step 1 – Report the Loss (For Currently Enrolled Students Only)

Report the loss via the school’s online system.

The remaining balance will be refunded by EasyCard Corporation to your designated bank account within
10 business days
.

A handling fee of
NT$20
will be charged if the card has been used fewer than
5 times
or has been held for less than
3 months
.

Step 2 – Apply for a Replacement Card

Go to the
Registration Section
, 4th Floor,
Office of Academic Affairs
, and fill out the form:
Certificate Application Form – EasyCard Student ID Replacement

Proceed to the
Cashier Section
, 1st Floor,
Office of General Affairs
, to pay the replacement fee:

NT$220
per regular card
-
NT$400
per International ISIC card
-
Return the completed form and payment receipt to the
Registration Section’s first counter
to complete the application.
Step 3 – Collect Your New Card

The Registration Section will process your new card within approximately
3 business days
(based on the application submission time).

Students should collect their new card at the
first counter of the Registration Section
.

No additional notification
will be sent for card pickup.
